Getting Here:
Strategically located at the fringe of chinatown & within mere mins of walking distance from
Outram Park MRT Station North East Line exit 4
Car/Taxi:
Public street parkings are available outside Shaung Spa.
A HDB car park under the Pinnacle is available along Neil road. If you are coming by taxi, direct the
taxi driver to drive along Neil Road and keep to the right, Bukit Pasoh Road is the street
after Keong Siak Road.
By MRT:
The nearest MRT is Outram Park MRT. Please do exit by the the North East line Exit 4.
Once you come up the escalator, you will see "Teo Hong Road".
Walk up "Teo Hong Road", at the junction keep to the left to Bukit Pasoh Road.
Walk up "Bukit Pasoh Road". We are in one of the units among the row of shop houses.

Looking to treat your special someone or buying a gift? Gift certificates can be customised with your choice in the form of a specific spa package or a preferred monetary value. Please enquire with our friendly staff.
Spa Etiquette
To enhance the serenity of your spa experience, please put your mobile to silent mode & avoid bringing it along with your spa session. For new guests, we are delighted to offer a tour of the spa where appropriate only.
Voucher Usage
Voucher cannot be used with other discounts, offers or promotion. It must be presented before commencement of spa service. It cannot be used after 8 pm. Loss of vouchers cannot be replaced. Shuang Spa reserves the final say in all matters.
Health
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, have had recent surgery or any health concerns are advised to seek medical attention before coming to spa. Please inform us of any allergies or skin condition so that appropriate products can be selected for you.
Valuables
We regret that the management accepts no responsibility for the loss of your valuables within the premises. Please avoid bringing valuables to the spa.

Shuang Spa strongly believes in proper & useful training to equip individual staff to always provide quality service for our guests. We are trained in one way or another internally and/or externally from various institutions.
